Refund policy

At KRIIV, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work: 

Eligibility 

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 

  • Activewear is subject to strict hygiene checks. Items that do not pass our quality and hygiene checks may be declined.

 

Exchanges 

  • Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. 
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size/product is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit. 

  • Products purchased with store credit are not eligible for return. 

 

Returns & Refunds 

  • Refunds will take 7–14 working days after Quality checks. 

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product reaches us and passes Quality Check. 

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit only, after QC. 

  • Refund Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective (No fee applies for returns of damaged/defective items) 

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable. 

 

Reverse Pickups & Shipping 

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup if your pincode is serviceable. 

  • If your area is non-serviceable, you may self-ship the item. Once QC is cleared, we will reimburse up to ₹70 towards your shipping cost. 

  • A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made. Please ensure availability. 

 

Damaged or Missing Products 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kriiv.com with: 

  • Your order ID 

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened in one take 

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. 

  • Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or full refund (for prepaid orders). 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts of 50% or more are eligible for size exchange only, not return.

  • Products purchased with store credit are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not be accepted.
