Shipping Methods

We currently offer Standard Shipping across India.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied to all orders at checkout. For orders above ₹1,999 shipping charges would be waived off.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If you wish to request a cancellation before dispatch, please email us immediately at support@kriiv.com with your order details. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
